Our comprehensive range includes predusts as well as innovative batter coating systems including dip batters/milk washes, intermediates, tempuras and top coats, adhesion batters and crystal coats.

Breadcrumbs, manufactured at our UK head office in a modern bakery, are specifically designed to allow the production of a wide and varied range of coating concepts. Flexibility allows us to produce crumb textures, colours and cooking performances suitable for meat, poultry, fish and vegetable applications worldwide.

A combination of flavour expertise together with wet and dry marinade technology has resulted in the development of products to satisfy most flavour application requirements. Applications include non-burn dust-on and tumble marinades and injection marinades for barbecuing or frying are a recent innovation.
