Dip Batter/Milk Wash
A wash-style batter used for de-glazing and adhesion, which can be plain or flavoured.
Intermediates
Intermediates are used in multi-pass batter systems with varying grist sizes to add different degrees of rippling to the final appearance of the top coat batter. We offer a wide range of intermediates that can also contain flavour components.
Tempura/Top Coat
We offer a complete range of top coat batters for all substrates, from light and crispy to 'chip shop style' crunchy batter. Our Tempura/top coat batters are ideal for all substrates and provide added visual, yield and flavour.
Adhesion Batters
Our plain and flavoured functional adhesion batters provide cohesion and adhesion of crumbs and breaders on all substrates.
Crystal Coat Batters
A clear coat batter that provides a very light coating, allowing the core to remain visible. It can carry visuals and flavours, is easy to apply and has the added advantage of a lower fat pick up than a standard batter system. This makes it an ideal 'healthy eating' choice, ideal for finger food, poultry and seafood.
