We offer a comprehensive range of innovative crumb coating solutions, produced from real breadcrumbs manufactured in our on-site bakery.

Whilst we offer a 'standard' crumb range, the majority of our breadcrumb coating systems are developed specifically to meet individual customer requirements.

Our bespoke crumb coatings are developed using three stages - predust, adhesion batter and breadcrumb - and incorporate innovative crumb types including coloured, wholemeal, flavoured, low carb and seeded crumbs. They can be applied to chilled or frozen substrates.

We also produce standard crumbs in different piece types, which varies the shape and structure of the finished crumb, as well as different crumb weights to give alternative eating textures. We can vary the texture of breadcrumb coatings in a number of ways and can also sieve the crumb to a range of sizes to create new and varied appearances and eating textures.

Extruded breadcrumbs can be used to provide interesting visuals and varied textures for finger foods and novelty products.
