Our range of creative flour breaders varies - from southern fried style coatings through to the incorporation of particulates such as tortilla chips and poppadums. Breaders are ideal for poultry and finger food, and offer a softer eating alternative to breadcrumb coatings. Other flour-based breaders provide a crisp, light texture making them ideal for applying ethnic flavours to finger food, poultry and seafood.

Matching the core flavour to the appearance of the finished product enhances product delivery for retail and foodservice applications and our development teams are continually working on inventive new concepts that reflect global food and flavour trends.

Some breaders can be applied without a flour breading machine, but others require a flour breading machine to get the best results. Our technical sales team will be able to advise on applications and specific requirements.
