The NPD team works closely with our technical salespeople to develop market-focused product concepts that will meet customers' overall business objectives. This in-depth customer knowledge also ensures the products we develop can be readily manufactured in customers' own production facilities.
A dedicated process area at our UK headquarters allows customers to run product trials on site. We work closely with customers to establish objectives for product trials and they work with our experienced technologists to ensure they get the most out of the facility.
