Putting our customers first
Our stringent QA policy covers everything from manufacturing processes to customer service and product quality and means that each and every Witwood Food Products customer can rest assured that we are meeting - and in most cases exceeding - the requisite quality standards across all aspects of our production and service.
This continued focus on quality, hygiene and safety at Witwoods has been formally recognised by the award of both ISO 9001:2000 and the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard.
The BRC Global Standard and ISO 9001:2000 ensure quality, hygiene and safety best practices through the control of factory environment standards, products, process and personnel and the effectiveness of our HACCP systems.
To maintain ISO 9001:2000 and BRC certification our facility is regularly audited to ensure constant review and improvement of our quality, hygiene and safety management systems. This is further supported with internal audits undertaken by our trained internal audit team.
This ongoing commitment to quality, continued improvement and customer satisfaction gives our customers the quality, hygiene and safety guarantees they require as well as and allowing them to avoid the time and cost implications associated with conducting independent audits.
At Witwood Food Products we take pleasure in offering our customers a personal service. We are proud of our UK production facility and a customer visit, tailored to particular areas of interest, is always welcome.
